CL Mails Bot is a private internal tool for Google Workspace administrators.
With the administrator's consent, the tool uses the scope admin.directory.user to create, suspend,
reset passwords for, and delete user accounts in the administrator's own Google Workspace organization,
and the administrator's email address to identify the connected account.
Data is used only to perform the actions requested by the administrator. The tool stores the connected administrator's email, an encrypted access token, and a log of actions (account addresses and timestamps). Passwords are never stored. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
An administrator can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
